DESCRIPTION:\nJoin us on Sept. 27 to hear Pete Quinn, president & chief operating officer of RiverFront Investment Group, provide an economic update. With his more than 32 years in the industry, and given the current market uncertainties and the upcoming election season, his perspective definitely will shed some light on the market today.\n \nQuinn serves on RiverFront’s Executive Committee and is chairman of the Operating Committee. Quinn worked in all areas of the firm, including capital markets, asset management and retail brokerage.  Quinn served as president of Mentor Investment Group, the asset management arm of the firm. \n   \n\n  \nHe earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The College of William & Mary and an MBA from the University of Richmond. Later, he served as an adjunct faculty member in the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond, teaching an undergraduate class in finance.\n \nBoth art and science are evident in Quinn’s family tree, as his personality encompasses the best traits of his two grandfathers – one an Irish salesman and the other a German accountant. He is equally comfortable meeting with advisors and their clients, as he is analyzing RiverFront’s financial results and asset growth.\n \nRegistration has closed.
