Drawing upon the fact pattern they created for that presentation, which involves a client with diminished capacity, elder abuse, and other issues and challenges, they will discuss various ethical duties and responsibilities lawyers have that non-lawyers may find helpful to be aware of and informed about. The presentation will include specific discussions of the ethics rules addressing confidentiality, joint representation, conflicts of interest, and lawyers serving as fiduciaries.\n \n \n ------\n\nAbout the Speakers:\n \n\n \n \n \nAejaz A. Dar, Yates Campbell & Hoeg, LLP\n \nAejaz A. Dar is an attorney with Yates Campbell & Hoeg LLP, a boutique trusts and estates law firm located in Fairfax. He concentrates his practice on estate, business succession, and philanthropic planning and estate and trust administration matters. He received his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from NYU School of Law.\n \n \n \nPaul H.
