About the Presentation:

In this presentation, Winged Keel Group Principal Jeri Turley and Managing Director Vernon Holleman, III will discuss the myriad factors converging in the current economic and legislative environment that present new planning opportunities for families. First are the recent changes to the tax code that enhance the economics of Private Placement Life Insurance. They also will cover the tremendous demand for leveraging gifts with guaranteed life insurance, especially with a variable component that offers potential upside on top of attractive guaranteed IRRs. Finally, they will explain how the low interest rate environment presents opportunities for policy restructuring and opportunities for additional planning (GRATs, AFR loans, Split Dollar, sales, etc.) where life insurance can play an advantageous role.

This presentation has been approved for 1.0 CFP credit.
