Join us on Tuesday, May 23, to hear Kris Coleman, founder of Red Five Security, and Jeff Chadwick, attorney at Winstead PC, speak about "Planning for Privacy in a Public World: The Ethics and Mechanics of Protecting Your Client's Privacy and Personal Security."

Kris Coleman, founder of Red Five Security, a globally recognized leader in custom security solutions, and Jeff Chadwick, an attorney with Winstead PC, whose practice focuses on wealth preservation, will examine how the professional advisor can structure estate plans and financial transactions in a confidential manner and protect clients against physical and cyber-attacks by being prepared for today's threats and the countermeasures required to defend against them.

Working in both the private and public sectors throughout his 20+ year career, he has served with the Central Intelligence Agency, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and as a former Principal with Good Harbor Consulting.  Coleman's depth and range of experiences allows the Red Five team to specialize in high quality, proactive and discreet security services. He has built a unique capability in Red Five to support clients with tailored low-profile security operations, analysis, training, and program and system design.

 

Jeff Chadwick is an associate in the Wealth Preservation Practice Group and maintains an office in Houston and The Woodlands, TX. Chadwick focuses his practice on sophisticated trust and estate planning for business executives, closes held business owners, and other high net worth individuals and families. He strives to provide innovative and practice solutions to a wide range of legal matters, including wealth transfer planning, business formation and structuring, asset protection planning, planned charitable giving, trust modifications, pre-and post- marital planning, and the administration of trusts and estates. 

Chadwick is a frequent speaker at tax and estate planning seminars around the country and has authored numerous articles appearing in estate planning publications and law reviews. He is also an active member of many professional organizations and serves on the Texas Trust Code committee, where he is responsible for monitoring issues affecting trust in Texas and developing legislative proposals for additions and changes to the Texas Trust Code.
